Where do I find codes?

Look for a unique ten (10)-character alphanumeric code (each, a "Code") underneath orange bottle caps on specially-marked 1-liter bottles of Mountain Dew products and inside stickers on 12 pack and 24-pack Cartons of Mtn Dew®, Diet Mtn Dew® and Mtn Dew® Game Fuel®. Participating 20 oz. bottle brands include: Mtn Dew, Diet Mtn Dew®, Mtn Dew Code Red®, Mtn Dew Game Fuel®, Mtn Dew Live Wire®, and Mountain Dew Voltage®.

How much are the points worth on each package?

Code Points are based on package size in accordance with the table below:

Is this set up for US residents only?

Yes, this is for US residents only, except Hawaii, who are at least 13 years old.

How do I enter codes into my account?

To enter a Code into your Account, follow the instructions on screen to enter the Code exactly as it appears and then click "Submit". Each time you enter a valid Code during the Promotion Period your Account will automatically be credited with the Point(s) associated with that Code which can be used for either a Sweepstakes Entry of your choice or Collect-To-Get Gear.

I got a message saying I've exceeded my total Account limit for Codes. Why?

You can enter a maximum of 350 valid Codes per person (as verified by unique email address and mailing address) throughout the Promotion Period.

Where can I view the Codes I've entered?

The "My Account" section of the Website will record all transactions within your Account, including last 10 Codes entered, Items ordered and Sweepstakes Credits redeemed. When logged onto your Account you can check your Account History for balances and details.

I am having trouble reading the Code on my game piece. What should I do?

If you cannot read the Code, call 1-800-780-2380.

My Code is not being accepted online, what can I do?

Please ensure you are typing the Code correctly and not transposing characters (like a zero for an O). Your Code may have been previously entered already. If your code is still not accepted, please call the toll free number 1-800-780-2380.

REGISTRATION QUESTIONS

1. How do I register for the Promotion?

Go to www.DewOutdoors.com (the "Website") during the Promotion Period and follow the on-screen instructions to register for the Promotion. Use your valid e-mail address along with a complete, valid name, address, phone number, password, and date of birth to set up your free Promotion account ("Account"). If you are not an existing Account holder, follow the instructions to register for the Promotion. Registration includes having a complete and valid postal mailing address (street/city/state/zip code) and phone number on file in order to be contacted by mail in the event you are selected as a winner in a sweepstakes. Every Participant will be required to register on the Website.

2. I received a message saying my email address is already in use. Why?

If you've previously registered or created an Account with a Pepsi or Mountain Dew brand site, you should be able to sign-in using your valid email address and existing password.

3. Why do I have to register to participate in this Promotion?

The Promotion requires registration in order to deliver gear and prizes and to contact potential sweeps winners.

4. How can I update my personal information or my Account?

If you wish to update the information associated with your Account, please visit - https://account.mountaindew.com/pfc/update?ctc=100. Sign-in with your email address and password. You will be able to update your personal information as needed.

Gear & Prizing:

1. Is there a limit on prizes?

Limit one (1) Gear item per value tier (Tier 1 = Essential Gear; Tier 2 = Performance Gear; and, Tier 3 = Guide Gear) per person, and a maximum of 350 Code entered per person during the Promotion Period.

Additionally, gear will be redeemed on a "first come, first serve" basis in relation to when participants electronically complete "check out" transactions in their Accounts. Once supplies of Gear offered are exhausted, the Gear item will expire and will be designated on the Website as "Sold Out" and/or will be deleted from the Website and will no longer be available for redemption in the Promotion

2. Are there any age restrictions on prizing?

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States (except for residents of HI) or the District of Columbia who are thirteen (13 years) of age or older at the time of participation. If a Gear recipient or potential Sweepstakes prize winner is an eligible minor, the applicable Gear or Sweepstakes prize may be awarded to his or her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign and return all acceptance documents and assume all responsibilities of the Sweepstakes prize winner.

3. How do I track packages for redeemed gear?

Please allow 8-10 weeks for your gear to be fulfilled. Your order date can be found in the "My Account" section of the website. If a tracking number does not show up on your account after 8 weeks from your order date, please call 1-800-780-2380 for more information.
